Lots of cement/stucco repair to be done. The interior needs a lot of TLC too. Don’t worry, she’ll be shining soon. I love this area. Close to the Farmer’s Market, Houseman Field, Midtown Green, and all of the wonderful East Fulton businesses. If only other landlords in the area started to care…

Another nice place along Kalamazoo. Like the one next door that’s also being worked on, this one has a garage, deck, and nice backyard. This will be our first involvement with a property this large. We are looking forward to the challenge, and learning new things. Each apartment is a 2 story, townhouse style, 2 bed/1 bath unit. A nice place just down from Buchanan School. The garage his HUGE (and looks pretty cool too). This should be a nice home once it gets remodeled and cleaned up.

We’re taking over this block! We now manage about 15 – 20 units within a stone’s throw of this house (including the one next door, across the street, and two houses down). This is a nice place, complete with deck and garage. Here are some pictures before the contractors get to work:
