Again, this place isn’t in bad shape. It will make a nice home for somebody once a few things are repaired, replaced, and cleaned up. Work will begin next week.

This house has a lot of character. Even though it’s only two bedrooms in each unit, the house seems HUGE. There are two 2-bedroom/1 bath apartments that will be $595 per month each–one is upstairs and one is downstairs. We will pay water, but tenants will pay gas and electric. Work will begin [...]

These foreclosed properties are needing less and less work. Granted, it’s not in perfect condition, but not what we’ve grown used to with vacant, bank-owned properties. This is a nice place. Check out the “before” pictures:

This property was recently remodeled prior to the old owner losing it to the bank. This time around, the contractors will be looking more at the details. The prior contractor did many repairs poorly. It will be a very nice home once a few items are addressed.

This house will get a complete makeover. The extra room downstairs will be converted to a 4th bedroom. So, the house will have 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Here are some before pictures:
