On the exterior, the home is getting a new roof and the deteriorating garage is getting torn down. Inside, all cosmetic stuff will be brand new. Work should be done by mid February.
Update: Here are some pics of the final product. Some exterior updates (clean up/painting) will happen in the spring.

This property is getting the full treatment–paint, carpet, fixtures, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, kitchens, and bathrooms. The pictures don’t do it justice–a lot of work to be done, but it will be a great home in a few weeks!
