Day 2 of the GVSU Student Living expo took place in Allendale. We spent most of the afternoon talking with students about our newest offering, Avenue 64 Apartments. For some reason, Allendale students were less interested in our free farm animals. Not really sure why…

We would like to thank the fine folks at GVSU Public Safety for the $20 parking ticket. We would also like to thank the Seidman Real Estate Group for putting the event together and providing us with some delicious pizza. [...]

We needed something to give away for free, so I picked up some plastic farm animals (Get it? Urban Pharm…like Farm). The pizza was flowing like the Nile, and it was nice to see some of the non-apartment downtown businesses there to showcase what the city has to offer. There were lots of smiling faces and we met a lot of great people [...]

We’ll be headed to campus on Tuesday and Wednesday this week for the 2009 Student Living Expo. The Seidman Real Estate Group and GVSU are hosting the gathering downtown Grand Rapids on Tuesday and in Allendale on Wednesday.  Here’s the info:
