This place is a mess – inside and out. The exterior is getting some new siding, repaired porch, new doors, and new stairs out back. I really like this one. Very spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, nice backyard with garage, lots of wood finishes, and so on. Work should begin this week, and it should be all done by August.
