This house has a lot of character. Even though it’s only two bedrooms in each unit, the house seems HUGE. These foreclosed properties are needing less and less work. Granted, it’s not in perfect condition, but not what we’ve grown used to with vacant, bank-owned properties. This is a nice place. Check out the “before” pictures:

What a beautiful home. This will be a great place for a large family or group of college students. Wow…this place needs a lot of work. They started construction yesterday. It will be interesting to see how they turn this place around, but I have all the faith in the world that it will look like a million bucks in a few weeks.

There is a 3 bed/1 bath apartment downstairs and a 2 bed/1 bath apartment upstairs. Work will begin this week. Both units are HUGE. Here are some photos (thanks to Lindsey!):
