The lower unit will be converted from a 2 to a 3 bedroom unit. The upstairs floor plan will remain the same. A lot of mechanical work will be done, and the entire interior and parts of the exterior will get a whole new look. Stay tuned.

This property was recently remodeled prior to the old owner losing it to the bank. This time around, the contractors will be looking more at the details. The prior contractor did many repairs poorly. It will be a very nice home once a few items are addressed.
