This property is getting the full treatment–paint, carpet, fixtures, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, kitchens, and bathrooms. The pictures don’t do it justice–a lot of work to be done, but it will be a great home in a few weeks!

It looks like we got into this one a bit late. Those contractors move fast! I think the only thing left to be done on this house is new siding, which will be going up in the next few days. We’ll get some final [...]

This place needs a lot of work. In a few weeks, it will have new paint, fixtures, kitchen, bath, electric, plumbing, and furnace/water heater. Fortunately, this home already has beautiful wood floors that will stay.
