This property is currently under construction. The large unit is being converted from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom to make the studio apartment a bit larger. This house has a lot of character that the contractors are trying to maintain. Like the others, this one will get new flooring, paint, kitchens, and bathrooms. Also, many plumbing, electric, and heating updates are underway.
